To vote at the nomination meeting, you have to be an NDP member in good standing living in the riding of Ottawa Centre. You can vote at the Nomination Meeting if you:
- Are on our monthly membership plan,
- Purchased an annual membership between November 1st 2011 and February 1st, 2013 or
- Purchased an annual membership between November 1st 2010 and October 31st 2011 and renewed that membership at or prior to the nomination meeting.

Meet-and-Greet with Jonah Schein

Jonah Schein was first elected in 2011 for Davenport, a downtown Toronto riding. Jonah earned a Masters degree from York University and has worked for years in the Davenport West community and across Toronto as a teacher, social worker, and community organizer. Jonah has been widely recognized for his innovative approaches to community building and public policy.
Joint annual general meeting
You are invited to attend the joint annual general meeting of the Federal and Ontario New Democratic Party Riding Associations for Ottawa Centre. The meeting will be at the Public Service Alliance of Canada, 233 Gilmour Street (at Metcalfe) main floor boardroom starting at 7:00 pm, February 13th 2013 (accessible venue). We'll hear brief reports on the past year and elect new local executives for 2013.
