About the event
The Ottawa Center for the Arts will present a Very Scary Organ Concert in the OCA Great Hall on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at 6:30 pm. The concert features Anne Badger and Friends on the grand three-manual Schantz pipe organ. This entertaining and family-friendly event, open to the public and suitable for all ages, includes a variety of organ music performed by several organists in a grand space lit by chandeliers and decorated with spiderwebs. Audience members are invited to wear costumes if they wish!
The thundering notes of Bach’s Toccata in D minor will open the program. Organ music will follow in a variety of spooky styles, drawn from classical traditions, popular favorites, and movie scores. Come celebrate this new community performance venue as it is filled with music
